Christ Jesus, your love is never just a word: it is your life laid down for us. Send your Holy Spirit to remind us of all that you taught your friends. And then for us, every time we do something good, every time we show attention to the people you entrust to us, even in just a small way, we will be reflecting your presence.

Christ Jesus, even for you, there were moments when it was difficult for you to forgive. But you turned towards your Father, the wellspring of all forgiveness. When we are unable to forgive, grant peace to our hearts and help us to wait for this spring to be revealed to us.

Christ Jesus, when we see you, we see God. But sometimes is is as if an inner fog has come down on our hearts. Help us then to understand that you are always there. Only the thirst for your presence gives us light.
